Purchased Generac all house generator in May 2022. Had s different certified repair company come replace starter. Found out 7 year warranty in contract was not sent in. I had to pay close to $400 for repair. CPG has not responded to this issue after 3 emails and a few phone calls. My neighbors also got generator same day same company and their warranty was sent in either. Thier attempts to contact CPG power with no results. Would not recommend them. They did not honor the signed contract and refuse to rectify the error

We have used CPG for more than 5 years now. They have top quality service and always take care of any issues we have immediately. They have even serviced our Generac a day before a hurricane hit New Orleans. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new generator or to service their existing one.

Called for a repair and was told I need a have a monthly contact because doing one job burns to much gas.
