I recently tried contacting Fast Frat and had a very disappointing experience. First of all, it took several attempts before anyone even answered the phone. When someone finally picked up, I was greeted by a woman named Natalia with what seemed to be a Ukrainian accent, who was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. I haven't unwrapped my lift yet but besides the one hole in the side of the package it all seems ok. Upon opening it they did damage it

Called and told them if it was possible to deliver around 530 and they said it's no problem day before delivery. Day of delivery, driver calls asking to drop off package, told them I was at work and I mentioned that I called day before to make a schedule delivery for 530, he said it was no problem. At 530 no one showed up, waiting till 6 then called back the driver and he said he was going home and I had to wait till tomorrow to get my package. On their online system it says package was delivered but did not receive anything... read more
