I was so impressed today when I went in with the above and beyond customer service I recieved. I walked in after being at two other electrical supply stores in Ocala and not finding what I needed. In the other stores I showed them the old part I had and was told nope, we don't have that. I get it, I asked and they answered. Not at this store. The helpful employee looked at what I needed then talked to me about what I was trying to fix. He looked at the pictures on my phone and drew up a diagram to make sure he understood my ... read more
