Took some materials back 2 months ago that I had bought the day before and paid CASH for (3k). They told me that they couldn’t give me cash back, and they have to send a check. I said no problem. It’s now 2 months later, I asked the manager when would I receive my refund? He says, “ the account manager was fired.
