Great supply store!
I want to share my experience so others can avoid going through the same situation I did due to this company’s policies and the actions of their staff and management. On December 8, I went into the store to purchase two 4-gauge meter panels and a 400-amp main disconnect. At the time of purchase, Mike, the sales representative at the front desk, provided me with specifications and dimensions for both the meter panels and the main disconnect. Great guys
The guys here are great . The best electrical supply stores in town
On a standard Friday I called at 330pm to make sure my order was ready for pickup(they were supposed to call me). I was told my order was ready for pickup and that I could come today for it, so I left work early to make it through traffic, showed up at 4:40pm to a closed office and no one answering the phone. Posted at the store window and online is a 5pm closing time. Wasted my time and money.
