Staff up front just stand around and then don't even put in the effort to look for parts. On top of that even standing at the checkout line we have to get their attention just for them to grab coffee and walk-off. The staffs attitude is care free and at their own leisure

Ben Mora in the back of house is a very disrespectful person who throws a tantrum about having to do his job. If you show up, as a delivery driver, 10 minutes before his lunch break you will be walking into the childish fit of a grown man. Cursing, yelling, and general disrespect should be expected, even though it is his job to unload the truck (yes even 10 minutes before your break Ben).
The management and some of the sales reps of this branch are very rude and obviously don’t know the meaning of customer service! Especially Dennis which is one of the sales reps that has a major attitude problem!
