I arrived on time for my scheduled delivery. They told me to wait because they were unloading another truck first. After that truck left, another driver completely cut in front of me and they let him unload instead. I told them I was there first and had multiple stops today. Their response was “He’s already unloading. If you’re in a hurry, you can leave. Call your broker.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. No respect for the order of arrival.
