terrible customer service and terrible wifi. do better, be better. nobody got time for this. even 1 star is too high of a rating. i’ve been on hold for god knows how long and the only thing I like about this company is how bad their reviews are, don’t give them their flowers, give them their tomatoes. this music playing while i’m on hold for hours is insufferable, too. customer service reps are insufferable too, I don’t have time to say “yes” over and over again to the same question you just asked me about 1 minute ago.
Worst internet experience I have ever had. 5 days and counting without internet, they apologize and hang up without having a solution. Said I would have a tech come out and take a look at the issue between 1 and 3 today and they no called no show. This is by far have been the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with.
24/7 support? Been calling all day with no answer and no call back!
This company is the worst company i have ever had to deal with! I 1st called on Frday the 9th of this month and I'm STILL trying to get this crazy situation rectified and have been on hold for HOURS and HOURS since the 9th. I have continued to get the run around and no one that picks up can help you, they then make you wait days and days until a manager will call except they don't.
