To be honest, they have really bad, & not the best customer service and support. First of all, they were racist, & intolerant towards me. Second, they were inconsiderate, and thoughtless towards my time, & effort. Lastly, they were impolite, and impudent, when talking to me. Please fix your customer service and support, please and thank you!!
Horrible customer service. Horrible people. Horrible service. Horrible repair techs. So thankful I was able to get a different option for internet. They average 800k download speed when I was paying for 50mg. Absolutely the worst.
Service constantly goes out town wide the refuse to acknowledge any outages. Customer service is no help. Can’t wait for other options in the near future
Tried to upgrade my existing internet plan. Two weeks in a row and no call, no show, and no resolution. Have to wait all day and call customer service for them to say “An email was sent to the technician.” You can’t call them to make sure they are getting the service ticket and communicate with us that it is confirmed?!
