We canceled our Consolidated home internet service 4–5 months ago and are still being billed for it. We’ve called twice to confirm the cancellation, yet the charges continue to increase. What makes this even more frustrating is that we live on a military installation, so Consolidated knows this is a military household. I live in Youngstown Florida mine and my father's Internet is down because some utility services down the road must have clip our lines I've been trying to get a tech in our area for the past 24 hours and not a damn call back priority hell with the money I pay monthly and y'all can't make any kind of an attempt to try and call or come out to fix it is BS no wonder y'all got a 1 Star review I know if my Internet doesn't get fix corporate is gonna be firing someone can't run a business without Internet
Very poor overall service. Extremely disappointed. Have had home internet installed incorrectly, and have had technicians totally no show on install dates for business service. Waiting around half a day for a technician to show up only to find that Consolidated Communications put a pause on the service without any notice isn’t right to do to a customer. Customer service experience was abysmal and 0 help. What’s happened to professional service and lack of accountability anymore? :(
Terrible customer service! Slow Internet speeds! TRASH!!!!!!! Writing this while on hold for 56 minutes and counting. Again, TRASH!
They ran over my septic tank drain field . Thanks a lot. I can not tell you how hard i worked Scrimped and save to get a good septic tank . They turned Big truck and Trailer around in my Front yard . Late at night . Then Adios Tonto.
