Terriable service. Had techs that came to house for work order get aggressive and loud with me at my own house then charged me over $300 more than I was quoted stating he was there over 4hr when he was maybe 30 min. Called to address issue and was told to bad that what he charged you so thats the bill. On top of they cant even give the service I pay them for. Avoid this company!!!

This is literally the worst internet I’ve ever seen. Consolidated only survives where it is the sole provider. If you like to pay someone to NOT do their job, Fidium/Consolidated is your go to! My cell service provides better reliability and it is spotty. I spend more time with no internet connection than with one and that is not an exaggeration!

I was a Consolidated Communications customer for years and unfortunately, the service barely improved. The fastest internet available in my area was only 10–17 Mbps, and even at that speed, reliability was a constant issue. Over the years, I went through 17 router replacements. At times, the connection was so slow it took over five minutes just to send a basic email with no other devices connected. By far the worst internet experience ever. Forget the rural areas for upgrades. They built a new house at the beginning of the road and they stopped the upgrades there. Still at a 20 download 3 upload. Yet runs at 5 and maybe .3 on a good day. Called to ask about upgrades in the future only to be told there arent any plans to run it the rest of the length of the road. Highly dislike that they have a monopoly on the internet services provided in the area.
