Worst company I have ever had for internet. We have been out of internet for almost a month and they told us we have a "priority ticket" umm how can no one in Maine come to switch out a rat or router in one month??! I have children who need to do school work and I have work I need to do from home and they still billed me for no internet.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before starting service. I could count the number of times I've complained about a business on one hand, and my experience with consolidated blows them all out of the water. Never in my life have I encountered customer service remotely as bad as this. Nothing even holds a candle to it. Not surprised to see so many one star reviews. I tried to port over the current phone number when I bought a small store. Instead, they shut off the phone. I called and was on hold and transferred, there were tickets created for four days until I told them to forget it and cancelled my appointment. It was by far the worst "customer service" experience I've ever had in my 50+ years. And after all of that, they just sent me a bill! I would never, ever do business with them.
