We have been without phone and internet service for four days. I've been on hold with Consolidated for over 30 minutes with no answer. The internet is also not working and we run our business via the internet. Our daughter also does home work and school assignments online. The least Consolidated could do is to notify the public of the outage. When you're the only game in town it appears that consistent reliability is not a primary issue. This place is ridiculous! Have been a customer for over 12 years and used to not be this bad. You stay on hold forever and can’t even speak to anyone
