Thanks for wasting my time
I terminated my account with CCI in June. They billed me $149.00+. I paid the amount they requested to find out they over charged me $78.00+. They promised to refund the overcharge. That’s a joke, because I have yet to see my money and there is no one who can tell me why they have not sent me a check for the overcharge payment. I will probably have to turn it over to the state for any action. Bad company to do business with!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4.5 hours to pay a bill because they messed up my auto payments
