So tired of this service. I haven't had internet in almost 2 weeks. Every time they come out to look at my router/modem they say they 'cant find anything wrong' and leave. Despite this lack of service; my bill has almost doubled since I started using this company 2 years ago. I've never agreed to this increase-- nor can I get a hold of anyone to talk about why it's so expensive for no service. I need my internet. Don't fall for the same mistake I made. Steer clear of CCI.

Internet is constantly down and never a clue of when it will be back up impossible to do anything but wait horrible service and support no outage detector or chat line sucks being in a rural area to be taken advantage of by internet service provider
