Branden was very helpful with the a courtesy call and made sure I got the best service possible, as well as letting me know that I have a team for my service.
This company is sorely LACKING in customer service. Absolutely impossible to get any help setting up my online account.
Should be illegal to have internet this slow, doesn’t even work half the time, it’s 2025.
This is by far the worse internet there is. If the wind blows we constantly get the search ring if it’s hot out samething. If we try to down load anything we can’t watch tv because we’re on internet. And when it does down load anything it takes at least 24-36 hrs for it to work. So yes in my opinion it is the worse internet there is.
