Customer service sucks! If your Internet goes down have fun waiting for weeks to get a tech to come and fix it. Now that it is changing its name to Fidium.... nothing has changed. Customer service sucks and good luck trying to get a tech to your home or business to get it fixed. Avoid doing any business with this company. Lotsa talk...no action.

I wake up everyday wishing I could end my internets suffering but this trash is the only place available... (EDIT) BACK HERE AGAIN! Never in my life have I ever seen a company so horrible and terrible. It it genuinely disgusting how bad internet can be for a company. This company should be called consolidated garbage. There is no reason someone should have to reset the modem several times a day just for it to work the same or worse that it already was. Complete and total crap.

I don't usually do this but this is probably the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Didn't seem to matter who I talked to they didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. I live in a building where they provide the internet I provide the router and continously through out the day have to repeatedly sign back into their modem. They tell me that's normal but ive had different internet providers in the past and once everything was hooked up never had to do that. If you can go with a different provider if... read more
