Like most services, when it works, everything is fine. The problem starts when something goes wrong. You’re given a customer service number, which sends you to an AI system that drags you through a long verification process, only to “transfer” you to an agent that somehow turns out to be another robot. That robot then tells you they’re busy and hangs up. I can’t even call the customer service bad, because that would imply it actually exists. I guess that’s one way to handle support: just don’t.
I don’t recommend this company at all, before the contract we agreed on an exact amount, after we signed the contract they charged us twice amount of the contract, The internet is weak most of the time disconnecting.
They upgraded our box a month ago and we've had four outages in the last month. I work from home so I'll be looking into Comcast I guess because this shit's ridiculous.
After many years of being a patron to this company I finally came to my senses cut my business due to ever increasing fees. To add insult to injury, this company is charging me with not returning their obsolete router. Avoid this company for your internet services.
This is my last attend to reach out to CC. I have an email problem with Consolidated Communications (MYCCI) that is now about 3 weeks old. Back and forth with CS from India but did not help, sent text to CC no response. My problem, i can get Incoming mail but I cannot send OUT emails, OUTGOING mail does not work, it all goes to Outbox.
