I have been going back and forth for a week+ with this company, attempting to return equipment to them. Instead of return labels, I got a welcome pack! With an extra modem, more shit I have to return. You cannot make this up. Hours spent, driving to and from, and on the phones and chat. I feel like I am in the twilight zone.
