Worse bus ever never has a driver last minute in the morning nor in the afternoon this is sad for kids who are special needs
Unprofessional and they leave you on hold for extended periods of time. Consider changing the person that answers the phones.

Lateness is horrible if clearly everyone knows there’s traffic they should leave earlier to make the rounds not every mom stays at home to go back to bed and wake up at 2 to pick up there child ! I work 7 days a week and have to be late for work because of the lateness! This is something that needs to be addressed!!!!!
