I had the impression that they were a great company to work with until I brought in some brand new with tags items from purses, to shoes, to clothes, to jewelry and they were 'accidentally' donated to Opportunity House. There is no itemized list that the charity accepted, I should not have to bear the financial burden of their mistake, and a blank receipt as a donation doesn't take the place of what i should have received.. cash or the items so i can sell elsewhere. They take in very nice things and they have great prices. Love the way you can wait it out for a lower price! Staff is very friendly and upbeat. Great place to shop. Only downfall is the store is small.
