As both a customer and a consignee I have to say my experience has been disappointing on both sides. I found the woman during the purchase experience quite condescending; however had a couple of teak pieces my family thought we should consign so we dropped them off. No posts on Facebook since October so not sure how they are promoting sales, when I called to inquire about my contact end date was told I had to call back to discuss payment for repairs they say I verbally agreed to. We just purchased a kitchen table and a coffee table here. Our experience was excellent. The store had a bunch of unique furniture and dimensions were listed online and in store. Super impressed with the quality and the pricing seemed fair. I have to counter the reviews complaining about customer service. We were free to look around and when we needed assistance they provided exactly what we asked for. If you are looking to be stalked throughout the buying experience I'd suggest checking out the Brick.
John and Lynn really know their mid century furniture. Their showroom is unbelievable!
