A session with Chelsea is so much more than physical bodywork. I felt like my heart and mind were also relieved of pressure and I even dozed a little, woke up more refreshed and so much more calm. Absolutely recommend her, especially for stressed moms who need relief, and anyone wanting to feel cared for and tended in their body. Thank you so much.
Body work is such a general term. I would call this soul work, through the portal of the body. Chelsea listens with her hands and interprets the patterns of stuckness in the tissues, which is of course a physical representation of what is stuck in life.
