I was here for my DOT medical. The lady at the front desk dont have good attitude. She never greet anyone. I saw her sleeping at the desk. I Stand in front of her desk for more than 17 minutes, she didnt ask me anything. She needs to be terminated quick.

my boyfriend came for a DOT physical scheduled at a certain time. he did not come out for an hour and 30 minutes. they are slow and don’t care about anybody who comes in. you’d expect them to show a bit of compassion on sticking with the schedule but no that’s not a thing here.
Went here for a work assessment with my husband and it took them 20 minutes to even take his bp and there was absolutely no other patients in the building very inefficient and ineffective business operations
