I called to find out about e-cigs and was very clear with what I was I looking for, which was e-cigs. The person that answered repeatedly told me I needed to bring my wife in so she could be shown how to use a full vape rig, even after telling him she had used tanks and rebuildables for three or four years and doesn't want to use them anymore.
