Dr. Jen is an absolutely amazing counselor! She is incredibly gifted and has helped me in countless ways. She is kind, compassionate, validating, and nonjudgmental. Her counseling style encourages change in doable ways and she provides helpful tools that can be integrated right away. Sessions with her feel very comfortable and you can tell she genuinely cares and understands. She has helped me grow personally and professionally and I could not recommend her more!
