I’ve gone to Elaina for bodywork a handful of times and each session is exceptional. She is intuitive, kind, and deeply skilled and I appreciate how she seemingly knows exactly what my body needs without much explanation. Every touch feels intentional and supportive. I always leave feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and so well cared for! I cannot recommend her enough.
Elaina is incredible to work with. I worked with her on diet & lifestyle as I’m navigating rheumatoid arthritis. She was super patience, caring, and thorough. After several sessions spread throughout a few months I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! Less inflammation, less joint aches, no headaches, brain fog, or fatigue.
