I’ve seen Elaina several times for bodywork and she is consistently excellent. I have some sensitivities in my body that other therapists can tend to aggravate (no fault to them- I’m complex), but not with Elaina. Her work is intuitive, effective and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. She has a kind, bright and warm presence about her that always makes me feel welcome. 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled massage therapist.

I’ve gone to Elaina for bodywork a handful of times and each session is exceptional. She is intuitive, kind, and deeply skilled and I appreciate how she seemingly knows exactly what my body needs without much explanation. Every touch feels intentional and supportive. I always leave feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and so well cared for! I cannot recommend her enough.
Elaina is incredible to work with. I worked with her on diet & lifestyle as I’m navigating rheumatoid arthritis. She was super patience, caring, and thorough. After several sessions spread throughout a few months I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! Less inflammation, less joint aches, no headaches, brain fog, or fatigue. I also lost 20lbs at 6months postpartum with this lifestyle change. Highly recommend working with Elaina in whatever capacity serves you.
Elaina is a truly gifted healer. Her massage was just what I needed, she released a lot of tension from my upper back while keeping me in a state of deep relaxation. I also got the signature scalp treatment which was next level! I floated out of my appointment feeling brand new. I highly recommend Elaina’s services!
