Excellent service. Staff is very professional and caring.
My doctor recommended me for a study here. I took off work to come do a screening. It turns out that I am ineligible for the study. The questions they asked to determine I was ineligible could have easily been asked during the screening call. The employee offered half hearted apologies and placed blame on the new call screener then slid a $25 check across the table like a bribe. I'm not upset that I didn't qualify, I'm upset at the way my time was wasted and his flippant disinterested attitude. I took off 3 hours for this as... read more

Great place to participate in research studies for diabetes. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments as early at 7 AM so it’s easy to schedule.
