D.O.T physical done here.
Horrible front end and intake staff. I forgot my wallet and when I tried to pay my $10 copay I found out they only accept cash and act like you are an inconvenience. I was 4 min late and they wanted me to reschedule? I asked when they have available, her response...we have all days and times? Wow. Very childish...I'll go to an urgent care instead.
I've been told since yesterday that my doc Eric would call me back - Jada said within an hr then Mike answered later when I got no call- Mike said Eric would call me before end of day - I patiently waited 3rd time still no return call from doctor only doctor will call you back "Lies" thats all I've gotten!!
The office must be way under-staffed. I called several times and no one answered. I finally went online and made an appointment for NEXT week. If you are sick and need assistance within 24 hours this probably is not your best bet. It's a great concept but it would be nice if they were properly staffed.
