We booked in Jan and doubled checked when the virus was announced ,Trent told us it would not be a problem .We called a few days before the move and he told us we were not on his list .We were told not to worry that he had another crew and he would get back to us,that did not happen and it left us in a bad situation .We called and did not get a answer from him and we only had a couple of days before the move .I am totally upset with him so please be aware .
