My experience was unfortunately very underwhelming. My sisters and I were so excited to celebrate Mother’s Day at the spa and had booked two flower baths along with a pedicure. As I relayed to the Spa manager, I would have loved to give this experience a 10/10 but there were a few things that really disappointed me. The 1st locker I was given wouldn't latch so I had to find another attendant who had to use a key to open and close it a few times then I was moved to another locker. A lady came in and said she was given that locker but it was ok... So that was weird. That also made me about 5 mins late to my 1st treatment. I wish I could leave a better review. For my birthday I chose the Conrad Spa to spend the day. My husband booked a couples massage. His masseuse has squeaky shoes and the whole time I couldn't get that out of my head. The beds were not warmed. The room was cold as was the bed. I was clear I wanted firm pressure for a deep tissue massage and it was a limp weak massage. Never will I book a massage here. Staff and management were attentive. I recently visited this spa and had a wonderful experience. Mia was so friendly and helpful with showing me around and getting me prepped for my service. And Trish was phenomenal. Very pleasant, kind and attentive. These ladies really elevated the experience for me. Will DEFINITELY come back. 💕
I splurged for our 15th anniversary and got my husband and I the "Garden Paradise" couples package. It was amazing. 3 hours of spa treatments then full access to the spa the rest of the day. After our treatment we left to get lunch then came back and enjoyed the water garden the rest of the day. We went between the hot/cold plunge and vitality pool most of the day.
