What an amazing experience! My fiancé treated me to a birthday massage and facial and I was definitely impressed. Complimentary valet upon arrival, spa is just off to the left. I had a wonderful experience at the Conrad Spa. After a car mishap, the staff was so accommodating and promptly rescheduled my massage and bath experience, which I really appreciated. The massage was excellent—I actually fell asleep! The bath experience was cool and relaxing, and the attendants were attentive throughout. We were staying at the Evermore when my husband was golfing and decided to book me a very last minute massage, so I took the trolley over to the spa—best decision ever! From the front desk to the treatment room, everyone was an absolute pleasure to interact with. Lucia gave me a tour when I arrived and was so warm and attentive. Didn’t cut a single corner!
