I had the pleasure of visiting the Conrad Spa for my birthday with my husband. Ive worked in 5 star spas before so I have some understanding of how spas work and the standard of service. I have been going here since they opened and it is the best spa in the Orlando area. I’m not sure where the negative reviews come from but I would recommend a different spa service when you go back if you weren’t happy with what you received initially. The spa amenities are modern and relaxing. Pricing for service is relevant to the services received. I have been solo and with a large group and have enjoyed every visit. Went last year and the experience was amazing but this year I went for my birthday and it was very basic I did not feel catered to. Paid for a flower bath which shows with flowers on the site when booking and there was no flowers. They said they only do it for special occasions like Mother’s Day which was very disappointing since that was the main reason I came back and was advertised as so. We paid $1000 for a massage and bath for 2 people for the bath to just come with a face mask.

I really hate to leave a negative review, I rarely ever do, because I don't like to effect people's jobs, but my sister and I spent $$$ on treatments that were so subpar I wanted to warn other people. The plunge pool circuit and the customer service are really lovely. I'd go and just use the facilities but we both got two treatments and the massage I had was actually the worst I've ever had. Beautiful spa with amazing amenities and such a relaxing atmosphere. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had. I also had one of the best massages ever with Anton. Highly recommend booking with him if you visit!
