Knowledgeable and convenient.. I needed a large post, that the big box stores would have to order.. Conrad had it in stock same day. Perfect
Rebuilt my deck. Company was kind enough to help recommend product and amount needed. Ended up not using some specific pieces they recommend. They were unused and still boxed but would not accept a return. These were expensive aluminum railing pieces. Surprised they don’t have a return policy with their vendors.
