My mother Caroline was in this facility from December through January of 2025. Tara did a great job of streamlining the process of enrollment from Duke hospital. Tammi was my mother’s care manager and did a great job of getting all my mom’s care approved with Humana. She also helped with any other documentation needed. All the nurses in the rehab wing were wonderful. I fully recommend this facility based on my experience with them.

Superior care...kind, caring, professional staff. My husband was there for 2 weeks and could not have had better care anywhere. Thanks to all the nursing staff, Christy, Maria and all whose names I don't remember, physical therapy and Anthony in transport. Very nice surroundings and very clean. Recommend very highly.
My Dad has been there for rehabilitation since 03/08/2024. Previously, he had been in the hospital for 60 days. His turn around has been AMAZING! He is eating. He is walking! He is THRIVING! Thank you to the nurses and staff who are invested in my Dad's recovery! You all are simply the BEST!
My mom is there,she's had cnas being mean to her and now has a black eye and No one knows where it came from. Some staff hides or ignores you if you ask for help! IM JUST BEFORE REPORTING THEM FOR NO CARE GIVEN
