We had promises made, heard excuse after excuse. had delays, wrong items delivered, delivery issues, etc. It really boggles the mind! Retail needs sales yet the Lufkin store motto seems to be give no customer service, lie, do not respond, just move on to the next person. I do not know if it is just this location or it's the plan of upper management in all the stores. if you buy from Conn's do it online! Pass on Lufkin unless you love frustration! Debbie... waiting on your call!
the Manager Travanda is a great help and makes the store pleasant to come into and also there are others that are good with customers too, i would recommend this store to all my friends and family.
