Its my store Conns is the best place to buy what you need. They have very Friendly Sales people and are very knowledgable. I shopped around for my new Big screen tv and out of 6 places i went conns had the lowest price. Oh and their credit was also the most flexible.
Conns MANAGEMENT is UNWILLING to ASSIST/VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!!!!!!! VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!!! will NEVER purchase from Conns ever again. After spending $700.00 on a television that did not work STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, people of authority could not assist or resolve this issue. Have repeatedly called their service department and have spoken to the local store manager who was not willing to make a managerial decision. Almost a month later, technician has not returned for repair.
Conns i have bought multiple things from Conns totaling over $7,000, and I will never purchase another item from them! Anytime you need something fixed you get the run around on who to call and who can help you. Their customer service is horrible! Stay away from Conns and go to Best Buy (where they know how to treat their customers)
Go elsewhere! Washer/dryer combo bought, 4 service calls SO FAR, manager refuses return or credit the purchase. Says we misused machines. Sales rep lied- said this $$$$ machine duo is perfect for our needs. Looks like our warranty is going to run out before it gets repaired. Go somewhere else!
Dissatisfied customer 1. Purchased 46" Samsung TV & BOSE sound system 2. Salesman was fine--Eric 3. Deal was reasonable 4. We will not recommend Conn's, though. 5. Don't go back for help. David Airhart is uncaring.
Buy to Own As soon as you walk in the customer service is there! They have a large amount to choose from in appliances, furniture, tvs & computers and more. The financing is pretty reasonable, but the over prices are a little high. It is a good place to go if you don't have all the cash to outright purchase it right then. This way you can still have it delivered or take right away.
OK As soon as you walk in, employees greet you and ready to help you, they have a variety of electronics, house hold goods etc..They have nice things at a reasonable prize
CONN'S IS A TOTAL RIPOFF I purchased a Frigidaire 18500 btu air conditioner from Conn's on NW loop 410 nin San Antonio back in early May 08, it worked one day. The next day I called the store and they said I had to contact service, so I did call service and they said it would be a week or two before they can come out. Two weeks later they showed up and removed it from the wall leaving the case there and took it to the shop. Much better than I expected! Our purchase for a dishwasher at Conn's on Hwy 6 went quite smooth! Every time we've gone into Conn's, we've always done our best to dodge the sales people standing at the door. They approach you the minute you're in, and we've never liked that. But after looking online and at other places, we found the best deal for our dishwasher at Conn's. We went there this past Saturday for the Energy Star tax-free weekend.
