DO NOT BUY FROM CONN'S- YOU'LL REGRET IT!!! I do not recommend anyone to buy from Conn's. I bought 4 different items (ttl $4,000). 3 out of 4 are bad. Mattress declared defective, dishwasher serviced 4 times, dryer serviced 4 times. All this started one week after items being purchased (I've only had them a total of 4 mths). Don't think your getting a return or exchange either, even if you buy the extended warranty. Can't even get my money back on my mattress, only store credit. Feels dirty I thought I was the only one with the sentiment, but after talking to my friends, we all concur. This store does not have that great of prices. Then, you add in the weird types who work and shop there. On top of all that, it is just disconcerting to see TV's, dishwashes, lawn mowers and mattresses all lined up on the walls.
Highly Recommended My washer recently quit working for me. I contacted Conn's the very next day. I spoke to one of the account managers and he got my credit approved immediately. I stopped by the store that afternoon and made my selection. The saleperson was very helpful and even helped me choose the model I wanted. I had it delivered the very next morning and they even hauled off my nonworking washer. I would recommend them for their helpfulness and great pricing!!!
Conns Appliances & Electronics This store is like a wannabe Circuit City or Best Buy. They have a low price guarantee, but even with that, it seems all of their products are overpriced. The store itself has some good products, but it always seems so empty, and the sales persons are pushy and won't ever leave you alone or let you look around and follow you around the store. Maybe they're trying to con you into a bogus service plan.
Fair Prices Since this retailer is new to the area, they have good prices on their appliances and have the cheapest delivery fees that I found. The sales people are a little pushy, but can be helpful. Watch for their sales in the Sunday ads, they try and beat the competitor's prices and have a price guarantee.
