If you are thinking about buying a refrigerator from Conn's you might want to rethink it. Bought a Samsung and the refrigerator section stopped working last Friday. We had purchased the warranty so called for service . We have called multiple times since then and it is now Tuesday and we still have not received a call to schedule service. Their phone recording says they have such great service but I don't think it is timely or great. We will never buy from them again.
I have bought many items from Conn's. After calling their local number, their representative's number, and their national number reference a defective GE Dishwasher, I will now have to reconsider doing business with them again. They either put you on hold for a long time, hang up on you, or otherwise try to get rid you you. They obviously do not warranty their products, and they sell products that are inferior. Bad customer service you pay on time and give them 2300 dollars and no thank you or nothing. I will never go there again and I recommend spend your money with people who care my name is chris corson

I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE OFFICES. I WILL SHOP TO THIER BIGGEST COMPETITOR AND TELL OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. CORPORATE WILL SEE A COPY OF THIS REVIEW.

On 12/08/2013 I ordered a Hotpoint washer and dryer set ($399.99 ea) from the Pearland, Tx. Store front and I was told that both of these items were in stock at the warehouse and that I would have these items delivered to my house on 12/09/2013 and that we should receive a phone call regarding the delivery. the Manager Travanda is a great help and makes the store pleasant to come into and also there are others that are good with customers too, i would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I would not recommend shopping at Conns...they sell you the extended warranty that sounds great until you try getting a repair to your home. They don't show up on the day scheduled and no phone call. I bought a washer, dryer & dishwasher and after 7 mo. my washer is leaking and I cannot get anyone to my house to fix it. The girl that answers the phone for service is extremely rude.
