Washer and Dryer broke, and i needed one ASAP. I ordered online, no issues, and an hour later receive an email "your order is ready for pickup between 11-6 at our warehouse. Awesome! So i rent a truck, drive from Estes Park to DIA where their warehouse is, pay 470 tolls, only to arrive to a sign on the door "closed saturday through tuesday". First time buyer at the retail store. One work to express my experience. Painful! Will never buy anything here again. Except for the salesman who was good. Every other aspect of my contact with them was poor. They can ever print the address and hours of operation of their pick up location o their paperwork.
This is the biggest most crooked company there is. I called them 8/3 and wanted to pay them off, so I talked to a gentleman he gave me a balance so I proceeded to pay them off. Then a few days later I called and found out that they not only gave me the wrong balance, they put the money in the wrong account, it took days to get it in the right account. Once it was in the right account, I called and paid them another $2046.00 and they told me it was paid in full. Now, my account shows I owe another $2036.00. So we are fighting... read more
We went to Conn's after going to Best buy where we were there for about 30 minutes and not 1 employee asked to help us out at Best Buy. That got me and my husband so upset. So we decided to go to Conn's to see how the service was there. We went into to Conn's and we were approaches by a young lady by the name of Ana, . She was a very great salesperson that made us feel like a friend, and family member. She spoke the both languages we needed, Spanish and English.This was a real plus to us.
