Fixing my review. I pay for delivery and setup and they sucked. My refrigerator is dripping water and ice maker doesn’t work. Called store blew me off their other line had to ask for a supervisor 5 times and she was rude. I’m so over this!!!! Reviews are so right

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Horrible customer service! Have tried to get furniture delivered 3 times but EVERY PIECE keeps coming damaged! I'll never buy anything from Conns again!!!

I will never buy anything from here again. I will be returning all of my appliances. We have had nothing but trouble and a horrible experience. Took 5 visits to replace my brand new washer that was delivered broken. Home was damaged by the guys who delivered the washer and the new washer they brought to replace the one that came broken had a dent in it.. conns has done nothing to help us and refused to reduce the price of the washer for all of their mistakes and inconveniences.

Horrible bought a refrigerator Friday. Delivery was supposed to be Saturday between 12:00 and 3:00. 11:00 pm on the phone with general manager Becky. She promised to have it delivered in the next 25 min before midnight! The right hand don't know what the left hand is doing. Save yourself the trouble and purchase from somewhere else!
