STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is the worst. I have recorded conversations with managers and reps from Conns laughing at me when I try to get them to correct mistakes made on my account that were validated. A manager named Kathy employee number 115589 told me I would be the last person I'd speak with at Conns regarding the accounting errors they made when I asked to speak with her boss because she didn't want me to file the complaint against her obviously. In store service was great. Got a bad product that does not work delivered to my home. Bought the extended warranty with them and they told me when I called in about it that they do not have service reps in my area to repair my product. The only thing they could offer me was the number to GE service. Horrible service! Would never recommend them, and was looking forward to my next purchase because the store was easy to deal with. Service after the purchase SUCKS!

The Baton Rouge store is incompetent! Staff doesn't know the proper procedure! Last Saturday I waited over 2 hrs for my purchase to be processed. I made arrangements to pick the chair up the following Thursday. I got 2 guys & a truck to go get it. Only for them to be told qhen they got there that the chair wasn't at the store! Now Conn's refuses to deliver my chair for free. Keep it then! Ill go elsewhere! Poor way to treat customers.

Conn’s is a dishonest company who does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I would rate them zero. My main complaint is that if you apply to purchase an appliance with Conn’s they charge you an application fee of $70.00. If you buy an appliance then they charge you for property insurance. They don’t mentioned to you that if you supply them with the Declarations page if your home insurance that you would not be charged.
