These folks really fit their name "cons!". We walked in knowing exactly what mattress I needed because I'm scheduled for a major spinal surgery. We tested and picked out a soft hybrid mattress and paid for it. They promised a delivery date and then missed the promised delivery date three times. When the did deliver, we discovered they delivered an extra firm mattress - which could never work with my spinal condition. Conn's in Harlingen, Texas not only changed the item number on my order causing me to receive the wrong mattress, the saleslady also used my personnel information to apply for credit in my name without my permission. Conn's customer service is a joke as nothing I said or did would get me the mattress I ordered and they claim I filled out a credit application which I did not. Be careful shopping at Conn's or better yet don't shop there at all.

We had promises made, heard excuse after excuse. had delays, wrong items delivered, delivery issues, etc. It really boggles the mind! Retail needs sales yet the Lufkin store motto seems to be give no customer service, lie, do not respond, just move on to the next person. I do not know if it is just this location or it's the plan of upper management in all the stores. if you buy from Conn's do it online! Pass on Lufkin unless you love frustration! Debbie... waiting on your call!

I bought a Beauty Rest mattress with an adjustable base from Conn's furniture, after 13 months of use the mattress started sagging. Conn's will not honor the warranty I paid for. And I'm still paying for a mattress that hurts my back. I bought this product because the sale agent assured me that it would work great for my disabled husband. Now I have to roll towels and place them in the sagging area so my husband won't be in as much pain. My store was ok, however manager didn't tell us of shady finance agreement to lure people into using the program! DO NOT finance anything with these people no matter what the manager says! We made a purchase was specific about time frame to pay it off. The manager didn't tell us that we would be penalized for early pay off $300 plus additional fees. We left with balance of 3000 and now it's over 11,000 to pay over 2 years, the finance team told us we would be responsible for additional money basically misleading Cuzto... read more

My name is William from El Paso. I have for Years dealt with the Conn's Store on Gateway west in El Paso Tx. They have always been friendly, helpful, & done pretty good. On February 2nd, 2019, I bought a new washer, dryer, & a nice LG side by side refrigerator. I also purchased the Extended warranty on all the items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is the worst. I have recorded conversations with managers and reps from Conns laughing at me when I try to get them to correct mistakes made on my account that were validated. A manager named Kathy employee number 115589 told me I would be the last person I'd speak with at Conns regarding the accounting errors they made when I asked to speak with her boss because she didn't want me to file the complaint against her obviously. We bought a Samsung refrigerator from Conns in Katy. It was delivered at 3 pm on a Friday. That night I had to take my husband in for emergency surgery. We got back Saturday afternoon to find our home completely flooded. I had to rip out our floors, walls and cabinets. Conns sent their technicians out to see if it was an installation problem. They declared that it was the refrigerators fault and replaced it. They said that we would have to take the damages to our home up with Samsung--who is equally horrible to work with! Af... read more

Trash company. They will pocket and apply your payment to the wrong account. Once you make them aware of it there is no accountability. Stay far away from this company they are scavengers.
