These folks really fit their name "cons!". We walked in knowing exactly what mattress I needed because I'm scheduled for a major spinal surgery. We tested and picked out a soft hybrid mattress and paid for it. They promised a delivery date and then missed the promised delivery date three times. When the did deliver, we discovered they delivered an extra firm mattress - which could never work with my spinal condition.
