My husband and I are in the middle of a contract with Connor’s as they merge with Ehrlich, and it has been a nightmare experience. They were to come out every two days during the 14 day capture period. They came for the first two, confirmed an additional two, but then never showed back up. Conner's Has been effective in Rat control. Noted Yesterday two Traps have moved or up set???
This was the WORST experience possible. They came to our home 3 times and were unprepared every single time to address our cockroach problem in our new apartment. We decided to go with a different company to address our problem who was extremely prompt and helpful! The worst part has been that Conors has sent us bills for the past 3 months for an initial service treatment they did not provide. We use their quarterly service and they are great. Our service guy is really nice and professional. If I ask questions he has answers and has come back many times when we were having some bug problems. We have been very satisfied with their service and how quickly they schedule us when we need service in between quarters.
