Who ever the guy is working at 5.30 on 27/8 has zero interpersonal skill or just doesn’t care. Had an item up on my phone that was apparently were in stock. All he could do was point to the pants, no looking it up or anything. I understand there was probably a language barrier but at least try, I literally had it in my screen… points to pants. Don’t worry, I’ll buy online somewhere else

Sales person needs to leave there person issues at home or not come to work. Rude, asked about a sale item and was Very bluntly told no. Customer service training would be an ideal upgrade for this person.

Went to connors on Sunday for a last minute suit, was greeted by a lovely young lady (stevie) name on receipt. She was so helpful and understanding of my needs, after trying on multiple suits she found me the perfect one. Without the help of this young woman I would have been lost. Great custumer service! will be back again

2IC (Mary on the receipt) was seriously the best. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, knew exactly what I needed and even helped with the extras and pairing things together for a suit. I went in store hoping for some help and guidance, Mary well and truely exceeded my expectations, and I left the store confident with what I had purchased! Thank you Mary!
