Went to connors on Sunday for a last minute suit, was greeted by a lovely young lady (stevie) name on receipt. She was so helpful and understanding of my needs, after trying on multiple suits she found me the perfect one. Without the help of this young woman I would have been lost. Great custumer service! will be back again

2IC (Mary on the receipt) was seriously the best. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, knew exactly what I needed and even helped with the extras and pairing things together for a suit. I went in store hoping for some help and guidance, Mary well and truely exceeded my expectations, and I left the store confident with what I had purchased! Thank you Mary!

I visited the store to inquire about exchanging a pair of shoes that were slightly bigger. We were only asking about the exchange policy, but the staff member( I think his name is Andrew the store manager)immediately said that returns or exchanges are not allowed and claimed it must be done within 48 days—without even looking at the shoes. I would like to share my disappointing experience at the Connor store in Wendouree. I went in to purchase a suit for a ball, hoping for guidance as I had never attended one before. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from welcoming. While the salesperson assisted me, their attitude made me feel as though I was asking for something for free rather than being a paying customer. First time in there, Kirra ( name on the receipt). Was the most lovely and positive lady I’ve seen in a long time on retail. Nothing was too much for her. Keep up the positive vibe !
