I visited the store to inquire about exchanging a pair of shoes that were slightly bigger. We were only asking about the exchange policy, but the staff member( I think his name is Andrew the store manager)immediately said that returns or exchanges are not allowed and claimed it must be done within 48 days—without even looking at the shoes. I would like to share my disappointing experience at the Connor store in Wendouree. I went in to purchase a suit for a ball, hoping for guidance as I had never attended one before. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from welcoming. While the salesperson assisted me, their attitude made me feel as though I was asking for something for free rather than being a paying customer. First time in there, Kirra ( name on the receipt). Was the most lovely and positive lady I’ve seen in a long time on retail. Nothing was too much for her. Keep up the positive vibe !

Manager is really really slow minded. Hard to talk too, bad customer service. She seemed to have an attitude. Second time I've been there and she's miserable everytime I'm there. It's a shame all the other workers are really nice and lovely though so 5/5 for them and 5/5 for store but because of this poor treatment of manager 1/5 for her
