Staff of two girls worked on Sunday 4th Jan 26,closing shift, never smiled serious face. I bought 6 items, was about to get the another one and just needed 5 minutes but, one of the girls wearing pink top didn't let me said "no, we have to close now". To management: customer service training needed for the staff
I brought 2 shorts from this store today, the tow young ladies at the counter were talking to each others while I’m waiting to pay but ignored by them. I just kept waiting till one of them served me and wasn’t professional at all. No customer service means losing customers.
Went in to buy a suit, not knowing anything about fitting or matching. Regardless of how busy the store was, Sarah was polite and extremely helpful. She offered ideas and provided advice which worked out really well in the end. I left with two suits and had an amazing experience. Thank you Sarah for going above and beyond!
Thank you to Giovanna for her incredible help last week. Even though it was close to closing time, she went out of her way to help and even checked stock at other stores so we were able to get everything we wanted.
