Today I visit the Warrnambool Store to buy some shirts and the manager at the time was Sarah she was working by herself and she was more than helpful with suggestions and gave me her thoughts as well, I can’t speak more highly about her and the time she spent with me only made me feel so positive with all my purchases. Here is a manager that you should ensure that you never lose.
My son and I were served by Sarah and Lachlan yesterday. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. When it comes to suits, Sarah knows her stuff. It is evident she has years of experience. I bought multiple items and she worked out the best deal for me. She even steamed the suit once again so it would be perfect for the event. She will definitely be my go to if I had to purchase clothing for a special occasion in the future!
Terrible service. I was served by a person named Sarah, a bitter middle aged woman smelling strongly or cigarettes and despair, she couldn't have been more uninterested in her customers if she tried. Shocked. Taking my money elsewhere! I would like to give minus stars but it wouldn't let me post without a star!
First time shopping at the new store last week. My husband needed a suit for a funeral. I’m disappointed at the disregard and rudeness of the older lady (I think it was the manager) I approached the desk and she was to busy to talk as she had a mouthful of food, whilst I waited for her to wipe her hands on her pants.
