Been shopping at the Roselands store for many years. But yesterday I went there to exchange the size of a belt I bought online. The store was empty and there were two workers there (around 1.30 pm 30/3/26) don’t know their names. She asks me for the invoice that came with the delivery. I told her I threw it away. She adamantly told me NOTHING can be done without this paper. I showed her my order confirmation email. She said no this can’t be accepted.
