Been shopping at the Roselands store for many years. But yesterday I went there to exchange the size of a belt I bought online. The store was empty and there were two workers there (around 1.30 pm 30/3/26) don’t know their names. She asks me for the invoice that came with the delivery. I told her I threw it away. I’ve been purchasing clothes from Connor for the past 5 years, and I’ve always been happy with their quality and service — but what happened at Connor Roseland on 11 November around 5 PM was completely unacceptable. I asked the staff member to fold my clothes and put them in the bag, but he didn’t bother — he just threw them in unfolded.
