I’ve been purchasing clothes from Connor for the past 5 years, and I’ve always been happy with their quality and service — but what happened at Connor Roseland on 11 November around 5 PM was completely unacceptable. I asked the staff member to fold my clothes and put them in the bag, but he didn’t bother — he just threw them in unfolded. The manager her name is nerisa I think, so lovely & helpful looked for a shirt & pants, for my partner, she went out of her way to help right up to the end, ill definately shop there again & let me friends know superb service very happy
