3rd class staff hired by them . Zero customer service. Don’t know how to exchange things . Staff even dont know how to make a return.
Thank you to Maddi and the otherstaff members in store yesterday and today. Needed a suit for Tuesday and they were very helpful picking the size and the colour I wanted. Sent me to the baldivis store as the suit size I needed wasn't it stock. It's alright it happens. Keep up the good work you bunch of sweet and lovely people!!
Mitchell on Friday was very good with his ways of speaking with me and the other patrons here. Be back in summer for buy more stock
Bryly was fantastic. She went through different suits, shirts and ties, and also shoes. Highly recommend Bryly.
Brylea was awesome. I went in to buy one suit and came out with two! I saw a special online so popped in to get a blue suit. Unfortunately the pants in my size were sold out, but Brylea found some in the Baldivis store. She rang and rang until she got through and got them to hold them for me. When we checked again online, there was an error with the pricing in my favour - hence walking out with two suits at a bargain price!
