I was assisted by an older woman who exhibited a very dry and rude demeanor, and she addressed me as "buddy."
Pros: Good shop at Level 2. Good collection with fair prices. Staffs are agile and good. Good choices for office attires A to Z. Casual collections are modern and goes well always.

Horrible experience with THEREZA on n Sunday morning. Went to buy some clothes for the store. Not greeted good morning and talk to me rudely acted as it’s my fault I came to the shop in the morning and rudely asked me to move away. Sales assistants need to get their things together and treat people nicely. Wouldn’t go there if she is at the shop.
