I went suit shopping with 2 friends because our year 12 formal is coming up and we had to get an outfit prepared. It was blind leading the blind and we had zero idea at all what looked good, what size fit best, etc. The lady at the reception desk (don't know her name but she was Brunette) was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating to us. Even when it was pretty busy, she would make sure to check up on us and see how we are doing. We were clueless on how to tie a tie and she even tied our ones up . Super great experie... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Kane at Conor Pac Fair. His customer service was exceptional - professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He provided excellent advice on colour selection, sizing, and available deals, which made the process seamless. I couldn’t recommend Kane highly enough. Thank you for the outstanding service.
I had such a lovely experience today with Anna. As a woman in a men's clothing store, it can be quite intimidating and sometimes a rather judgemental encounter. She made me feel at ease and most importantly, welcome. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit and get me exactly what I was looking for. I have never felt so confident trying on clothes and feeling exactly how I've always wanted to feel - comfortable. 1 million stars to Anna. Thank you so, so much.
Visited Connor at Pacific Fair around 10am on Saturday and had a disappointing experience. The staff member I interacted with came across as quite rude and dismissive. It felt like there was little interest in providing customer service, and she didn’t seem to bother recalling a conversation we had previously 5mins prior. It’s not the kind of attitude you’d expect in a men’s clothing store. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning based on this experience.
Had the pleasure of going into this shop and being served by Amelia and ari in this day and age where everyone has attitude it was a breath of fresh air to be served by these people who went above and beyond to help thanks so much great work
