I would like to thank Alex at the Nowra store for her advice on the sizing of a suit jacket I had purchased online. When I went to the store to pick it up and she saw what size I had ordered she suggested that I get a bigger size. I took her advice and when my husband tried on the jacket it fit perfectly. So thank you again Alex, your expertise is exceptional
Store beautifully presented. Female staff member was very helpful and friendly suggesting items that might be suitable.
My partner and I walked in with no suit knowledge and walked out with a suit, shoes and smiles on our faces, the lovely Carly (I hope I’ve gotten the name right) helped us pick out the perfect black suit and was just amazing with customer service and generally being such a nice person.
