Absolutely terrible customer service at Connor. My partner and I went in on Friday to buy a jacket and spent around 10 minutes browsing and trying jackets on while the only staff member stayed behind the counter the entire time. Not once were we asked if we needed help, acknowledged, or even looked at. We stayed another 5 minutes thinking maybe she was busy, but still nothing. Horrible experience wasn't greeted when we entered the store wasn't offered help while 3 ladies talked amongst each other at the counter we returned later in hopes of receiving some customer service to no provail when I asked the ladies at the counter why the lack of service and I was treated with hostility and contempt.I left and drove to DFO and bought an $800 outfit there you ladies need to find a new day job.
Walked in, was super tidy and neat! Was welcomed by a staff member, no smile & felt like he didn’t want to be there. My husband tried on lots of items, he needed other sizes. No staff member came in to help, they even saw me walking around finding sizes for him, not once they acknowledged me. Very poor customer service.
We know you have your quotas to fill. But please have them adequately trained. Tonight you missed out on a 500 plus dollar sale. I never blame the staff. I blame the management. A title used to mean something. Now they are freely designated. You have meetings on revenue. Why? How many people does it take to screw in a light bulb? Good luck with that business model.
