Alexander Rodriguez is The Best!!!
Alex was a great person to work with. He helped me find validation in the injustice I was going through, and executed on it towards a victory via Massachusetts law, all while being personable towards me and the party on the other end. If you are in the position I was in-- apprehensive in using the law to protect your rights-- lawyers like Alex will demonstrate an ability to flip the unnerving unknowns into a positive experience.
Alex helped with the case. Having his presence during the appeal was encouraging and I think it helped to have a positive outcome. They are kind and personable.
Poor knowledge from Jeffrey. Better options are available in the Springfield, MA area and elsewhere. It's possible other members of the team are solid, but my only experience is with Jeffrey, and it was not good.
My experience with Jeffrey Morneau and Lan Kantany was an experience that no client should ever have to experience. My advice is to stay away from these attorneys as they have no experience on how to handle a complex case that involves human trafficking. When an individual practices law they should know the law but in my case the attorneys at this firm mysteriously "forgot the law."
